# Facilitar o acesso das partes interessadas aos decisores

Uma das necessidades mais prementes de muitas organizações da sociedade civil e atores sociais é o acesso às esferas de decisão. O sentimento de frustração que frequentemente experimentam, por não serem convidados para a mesa, leva-os a adotar uma atitude de confronto, que esquece a complexidade e os meandros da tomada de decisões, e desce facilmente às reprovações e recriminações que, logicamente, acabam por colocar tanto os funcionários públicos como os políticos na defensiva. Por esta razão, derrubar este muro invisível facilitando o acesso aos chamados "corredores do poder", é um salto qualitativo, pois faz com que os ativistas percebam que aqueles que supostamente são os atores mais poderosos, também têm as suas limitações e são condicionados por todo o tipo de pressões.
