# Разблокировка чёрного ящика "политической воли"

И последнее, но не менее важное, о чем следует помнить при выдвижении политических предложений - это их **политическая осуществимост**ь, что, по сути, означает поставить себя на место лиц, принимающих решения, чтобы понять их реальность и конкретные ограничения, которые могут помешать провести желаемые реформы. Однако, ведущим диалога следует избегать широких предположений о готовности политических деятелей к проведению тех или иных реформ. 

Цель диалога заключается именно в том, чтобы открыть черный ящик "политической воли", которая часто служит оправданием для сохранения статус-кво, подтолкнув лиц, принимающих решения, к рациональному обсуждению, где их аргументы могут быть встречены контраргументами, а предполагаемые ограничения и недостатки могут быть компенсированы за счет сотрудничества и совместных действий. 

В конечном итоге, именно в этом и заключается смысл Дорожной карты реформ: это рабочий документ, в котором отражено общее видение заинтересованных сторон и изложены различные действия, которые они обязуются предпринять для его реализации.
