Types of Roadmaps for Reform
Based on INSPIRED experiences, an indicative typology of Roadmaps for Reform can be established. Nevertheless, in reality, most Roadmaps for Reform will look more like a mix of these prototypes.

Action plan | It includes a timeframe and concrete tasks for a clearly defined target group. | Binding; detailed provisions for implementation; serves to formulate policy options. |
